Performing movements that mimic activities or specific skills together with conditioning the body in an un-stable environment is the most effective way to train both the mind, body and optimise human performance regardless of ones goal. Personal training sessions and small group classes are instructed with guidance on technique at an intensity level specific to what your goals are & scalable to your ability. All sessions varying duration and are designed to support EPOC (Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption) which significantly increases calorie burn post exercise. sessions involve a combination of essential strength and conditioning work using rollers, balls, bosu, power bands, ropes, kettle bells, TRX, freeform boards, Vipr, bars, cables, plyometrics, boxing, free weights and your own body weight together with assisted stretching and mind-body work.
